  • For a thorough business analysis we have developed a special product: the Quick Scan. This standardized analysis, combined with the knowledge and experience in the international private label industry, enables IPLC to paint a picture of your company.

    On the basis of a comprehensive questionnaire, key employees from various departments within your company are interviewed. Furthermore, relevant internal documents used within your business, are examined.

    Purpose of the study is to take stock of the processes, procedures and indicators used. Subsequently, a comparison is made with what leading and successful private label manufacturers experience as best practice. Based upon the insight recommendations are formulated to improve the operational performance.
    If required the analysis can be extended to examination of the company strategy, launching and commercialization of products and analysis of the existing portfolio of activities.
