Hermann joined IPLC in 2012 and has more than 20 years experience in marketing and sales positions at both international FMCG-manufacturers and food retail. For more than a decade he was responsible for the Private Label strategy of Germany´s No 1 food retailer EDEKA which lead to a deep knowledge in concept and product development. Prior to IPLC he conducted his own consulting firm specialized in Private Label. Hermann is fluent in English, has a fair command of French and in his native German. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and host of the annual German Private Label Summit.
